Houston International Music Competition (HIMC) is organized by Music Houston, which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

 

The Music Houston seeks to encourage all young artists around the globe to pursue their passion for music and excel through perseverance. As a nonprofit, we strive to inspire musicians to achieve their musical potential and express themselves in a way that is unique to classical music.

We seek to support these young musicians by providing a valuable learning and performance opportunity for them. HIMC is the perfect opportunity for students to surround themselves with talented musicians worldwide while getting a scholarship to encourage their educational studies in classical music.
