Silk Threads | Apollo Chamber Players | MH Chamber Music Series 2022-23 Season - IV

Performance Details

Weaving together convergent and divergent cultural strands, the third concert of our 2022-23 season features a world premiere inspired by composer Wang Jie’s experience as an Asian- American living in the 21st century. Program spotlights special guests Daryl Robinson, renowned organist and professor at UH’s Moores School of Music, and Fred Child, host of Performance Today, America’s most popular classical music radio program. “If anyone still doubted Robinson’s first-class virtuosity, he dispelled any questions in a demonically brilliant performance…” — Dallas Morning News
